Conrad comes to DyMynd after a decade as a compliance examiner for the Security and Exchange Commission of the United States. While with the SEC, Conrad was responsible for examining financial firms, investment management firms, and financial advisers to ensure that these firms were in compliance with federal securities laws and regulations. He understands the fundamental intertwining between firm compliance and client relationship building and management.
At DyMynd he provides deep industry insight into how quantitative psychological and personality tools can be operationalized and, in the end, go directly to a firm’s bottom line. Conrad has earned graduate level degrees in Business from DePaul University’s Kellstadt School of Business and from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a graduate of the University of the District of Columbia and is a former member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
